Company founded.
Began doing business in the Tokyo region as a pioneer in building exterior window cleaning.
 
October, 1964

Incorporated.

Daiichikigyo Corporation incorporated in Shiba 2-chome, Minato-ku, Tokyo as a comprehensive building management company.


February, 1977
Head office relocated to Kojimachi 5-chome, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; efforts made to reform corporate management in response to business growth.
 
January, 1992
Regional expansion achieved with opening of new Kobe Branch in Motomachidori 4-chome, Chuo-ku, Kobe, Hyogo Prefecture.
  --May,2007  Renamed Kansai Branch. Business area expanded to include the entire Kansai region and beyond.
  --February,2011  Sales function relocated to Suminoe-ku, Osaka.
 
November, 1998
Began office and business support business.
New service section established to meet the outsourcing needs of leading foreign-affiliated firms entering the Japanese market and to develop areas of business specialization and high value added.
 
April, 2004
DK-Service Corporation established.
  Endeavors to enhance competitive strengths through an innovative business model in cleaning services.

April, 2006
Head office relocated to 3-3 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.
 
November, 2006
Capital increased to 30 million yen.
 
April, 2007
Renovation Construction Group established as main section to respond to demand for construction and special maintenance and repair and handle growing business volume.

June, 2011
Head office relocated to 3-6 Kioicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; businesses including office and business support expanded; adaptations implemented in response to changing work styles.
 
April, 2015
As a base in the Kyushu region, Fukuoka branch was established in Chuo-ku,Fukuoka-city.
  -- November 2017  Fukuoka business office was relocated to Sawara-ku, Fukuoka-city in order to strengthen the business correspondence in Kyushu region where the business is expanding.
 
February, 2017
Began offering full-fledged facility management outsourcing services in response to diversification of the office and business support business, including reforms to ways of working, review of existing businesses, and efficiency improvements.
 
November, 2018
Capital increased to 50 million yen.
